Day 12
We didn't do anything special today. At night there was suppose to be an earthquake at midnight, but it didn't happen.
Since I didn't do anything special today, I will be writing some facts about Fuzhou
(clothing, price, etc.)
Fact: The people here dress differently, female usually wear a long sweater or a dress with long boots, and male dress like the people that you usually see in the magazines.
They're like rich people, unlike in Canada, we just wear whatever that is comfortable (fashionable as well but not like the people in China). These people know what kind of person you are and where you're from just by looking at your clothes *scary*.

Day 13
The temperature starts to recover, it was about 17 degrees. We went to the Southern Mountain park again.

Day 14
It was raining again, so we stayed at home and did our HWs.
Fact: In our area, most water were polluted, we can't use them for drinking, or cooking. Only used for washing clothes, etc. What most of the families did was they get fresh water from Southern Mountain Park. So once is a week, they would go up the mountain with bottles and buckets, and then get the water from all the way up there to their house. I went with my aunt once and it was tiring. It took us 2 hours to get up the mountain and then down the mountain with 6lb of water in our hands. My aunt and my dad carried like 12lb of water on their shoulders. When we got home, our hands was red and our shoulders were aching. Well, at least we know how difficult for people to get water and how important water is.

Day 15
Today, we went to the zoo of Fuzhou. We took a 2h ride to get up there. The tickets were really cheap, for me and my dad, it was 30 yen for each ($5 CAN), and 15 yen for my brother (about $2 CAN). We saw a bunch of animals, We watched performance of different animals, our fav one was the performance of a seal. When we got to the money mountain (where you can see moneys), it started raining randomly, so we didn't see all the cute moneys. The only thing that I hate about this zoo is that, we have to walk many miles to see just one kind of animal, the zoo was huge, that's why they separated them all. If you want to see different types of birds, you have to walk all the way to the top of the mountain to see them. It took us the whole day to see all the animals. Overall, we enjoyed it and we had fun.

Day 16
In the morning we went to a temple today and pried our god. Then we went to meet some of our family members and my dad's friends. (what a boring day -.-)

Day 17
This day, we went down to our old house and start fixing the cracks on the room walls and the roof. Before doing these things, we had to remove the garden on the roof level(yes, we have a roof level in our old house, well mostly all the people has one in the town. You can do gardening and other random things on the roof). My brother and I took care of shoveling soils and piled them up at a corner. We spent our whole day up on the roof. It was not fun.

Day 18
We continued from what we did yesterday.
Fact: In Fuzhou, most of the families used motorcycles/bicycles as their transportation. Not a lot of cars. There were no traffic lights, cars, motorcycles, and bikes drive randomly, and people just cross in the middle of the street.

Day 19
We bought a baby white rabbit with a cage and 2 bags of food for 25 yen (about $4 CAN). We named him White cuz... he's white and it's a cute name.

Day 20
WHITE DIED!!!! We were tricked by these people that sells animals. White was already sick when we got him, we didn't even stay with him for 24 hrs, and it died. We even went out to get grass just for him and after we came back... We got over with it after.
